Submitting a request and receiving clinic recommendations is free during our early access period. We do not charge a platform or service fee for matching at this time.

Will I need to pay a deposit to the clinic?

Some clinics may require a deposit or advance payment to confirm appointments, depending on the treatment type and scheduling window. Any payments are made directly to the clinic and are separate from ViaJiin’s matching service.

Does Viajiin provide medical advice?

No. ViaJiin helps match you with appropriate clinics, but all medical decisions and treatment plans are determined between you and licensed medical providers.

Can I choose which clinic to proceed with?

Yes. We provide recommendations, and you decide whether and how to move forward with any clinic.
